Is Revo Cupping Therapy safe?

Yes! Our devices feature timed releases to avoid overuse along with a single-press instant release incase the pressure is bothersome. 

Each cupper also comes with a built-in heating unit that reaches temperatures as high as 122°F (50°C) without any flames! However, please note that if you suffer from any health conditions or utilize medical devices, you may want to consult with your physician before undergoing any kind of therapy, cupping included.

Are they easy to use at home, by yourself?

Will it hurt or damage my skin?

With several levels of intensity, you are able to adjust the suction, massage, and heating power of our devices with ease to help you become comfortable with our devices at low levels before progressing. 

Starting at a low level is most optimal for beginners and does not hurt or cause permanent skin damage. However, with extended use, you may notice the classic red circle bruises on your skin, this is temporary and indicates the effectiveness of our devices. 

These marks will gradually disappear within a few days and they are nothing to worry about! Just be sure to properly sanitize before each session and avoid using on broken skin (cuts, open wounds, etc.).

Are they rechargeable?

Yes! Each device comes with a USB Type-C charging cable and takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge and can last up to 9, 20-minute, therapy sessions while the device is set to its maximum setting!

Can the same device be used on multiple people? Are they easily sanitized?

Since all models feature a removable cup, our devices are easy to sanitize by wiping down or hand washing the cup with your preferred disinfectant. 

We also recommend wiping down the centerpiece located on the bottom of our devices with an alcohol-based solution.

That said, our cuppers can be applied to any number of individuals after use, if they are properly cleaned and sanitized. 

What is the recommended usage?

Always sanitize before use. Please be sure to unscrew the cup and clean all pieces with a disinfectant wipe. 

Before your session, it is optional but recommended to apply an essential oil to your targeted muscle groups. If you plan on gliding our cuppers across your skin during your session, essential oil is required for effortless motion.

Beginners should always start with the lowest level of suction and heat as your skin's tolerance is unique. 

We recommend your first session to be between levels 1-4, for no more than 5-10 minutes on a single muscle group. 

Once you get then feel for it, you may adjust during future usage, depending on your tolerance. 

Advanced users often test their therapy with higher levels reaching up to level 12 suction, heat, and red light therapy for 20 minutes per muscle group. 

Since you can only target one muscle group at a time, we recommend using multiple cuppers simultaneously for an efficient session.

Do not use on broken skin (cuts, open wounds, etc.). If you're prone to any skin conditions or have a history of medical concerns, please consult with your physician about cupping therapy prior to use.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Renoheal is proud to provide Free Worldwide Shipping to our customers! We ship to most countries worldwide.

However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries.

How long does shipping take?

The speed of receiving your order can vary on a few things such as your shipping method and the shipping address. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time/benefits that you may compare on our shipping policy.

I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I change it?

Generally, you can change your shipping address within 12 hours. Make sure to contact us immediately with your order number, and the correct address. The more information you provide, the sooner we can change your information. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes.

Make sure you type ‘Urgent: Change Order Details’ in the subject line. Any other title may cause delay in the delivery of your order.

Please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched. In this case, we won't be able to send you another one so it’s best to contact the postal service.

Will I get a tracking number after making an order?

Yes! all orders will include a tracking number. It will automatically be sent to your email. You can track your order directly at our site by clicking here.

If you received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, it means that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers can take 2-5 business days to update depending on the shipping carrier. This is usually due to our high volume of orders.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show up. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. You can also track your order by clicking here!

I think my package was stolen. What do I do now?

Renoheal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Please read oure Refund Policy


Can I cancel my order?

The Renoheal order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We do apologize, but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go though them individually, as this would cause delays to other orders. Please review your items carefully before completing your orders.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Sure you can! Just add all the products you want to your shopping bag and then click on the “Checkout” button located inside the cart. Navigate to the cart by clicking on the top right bag icon and scroll down to "Checkout". This way you can save on any additional items and save time.

I received an email saying that I have to verify my order details. What does that mean?

We have a very secure and smart payment system. If our system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, we will place your order on-hold and reach out to you to verify the details of your order for the safety of our company and for the credit card holder. For example, if you are placing an order with a credit card that is issued in a different country than where you are placing the order from, our system will detect the difference in countries and your order will be flagged as a potential risk of fraud.

To verify these details, please simply respond to the email that was sent to you from a Support Representative at Renoheal.

Will I receive my items in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages to ensure quality in packaging, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.


I recently purchased an item online and now it's discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We don’t accept checks or money orders.

When will my credit card be charged?

I have not received my refund yet, why is that?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

What currency will be used when I place my order?

All prices listed on the website are in the currency that you choose. However, all final checkouts are in GB Pounds. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
